So I don’t know about you, but I have had to seek out some healing in sobriety to stay sober.

Recovery Programs are dope, and I wouldn’t be over 7 years sober without them, HOWEVER, they have holes.  And it’s okay, it’s just a fact.

But for example, I have seeked out Yoga, Reiki, Womens Health Physical Therapy, Meditation, Sound Healing, EDMR, Breathing Techniques, simple exercise & nutrition, and A Mom Coach!

What I have found is that a lot of these healing techniques have daily self care suggestions that just became something of my everyday life, and after doing them for a while I have seen MAJOR benefits and wanted to help others with some of them!  In turn, some of my healing tools became side hustles!

You can and are welcome to do the same.

Here are 4 healing techniques I use/have used that have also become side hustles:

Become A Meditation Teacher/Guide

Become a Reiki Energy Healer and/or Teacher (Link COMING SOON, you can contact me if you want deets)

Help Others with simple Exercise & Nutrition

Work with a super dope Mom Coach who has referral benefits

 

An idea of what I’m looking at getting certified in later is:

Yoga instructor/guide

Sound Healer

Breathing instructor

 

But of course, whatever you feel drawn to, go for THAT.
